Why DESIGN Liners?
WillowWood Alpha DESIGN Liners allow your clinical prosthetics practice to provide high quality, custom-designed and custom-shaped prosthetic gel liners (in locking and cushion models) for your amputee clients.

Download, complete the relevant order form (BK or AK) and then save. Once saved, you may e-mail the completed online order form with a shape file to info@massonshealthcare.com.au or print and send with a plaster cast to info@massonshealthcare.com.au
Complete and submit the online order form(s). Upon submission, an order summary will be emailed to the address you provided. Print the summary and include a copy with the cast of the residual limb.
If providing a shape file, you may attach file(s) to the online order form. Missing information may delay your order. Please fill out the form completely and accurately. For bilateral amputees, please complete separate forms for each residual limb.
